Kay McWhorter is the owner and operator of Sonora Kay Creations. She started her design, and repair business while still in college, as a way to relax, and decided to pursue it full time after earning her undergrad in Arts and Science with minors in Psychology and General Business Administration. She is also full time wife and caregiver, to her husband who suffered a stroke right after they married. Having her studio at home allows for her to create beautiful items for others to enjoy, and still be available when needed.
